Consignors receive 70% of the selling price from each item sold.

There is a $10 non-refundable consignor fee due upon registration via PayPal.  (You do not need a PayPal account in order to complete your PayPal registration).  This $10 fee offsets the cost of advertising, marketing, and building rental. 

Consignors do not need to be at the sale on Friday and Saturday to sell their own items.  However, they are encouraged to volunteer for a 4-hour crew shift to help with the success of our sale, to get early shopping priviledges and receive a coveted "Pre-Sale" Shopping pass.

Are you ready to climb aboard The SaleBoat?

Follow these steps:

1. Log-in to register as a new consignor or a returning consignor.
2. Sign up for a drop-off time that works best in your schedule.
3. Create your tags using our easy, online tagging system.
4. Be prepared to pick-up your unsold items at the end of the sale (see Scedule tab for pick-up time) or simply check "Donate" when preparing your tags and we will donate your items to a non-profit of our choice.

Important things to expect/remember when dropping off your items: 

• Upon arriving at the venue, you will check-in and turn in a self-addressed, stamped envelope (to receive your proceed check).
• There will be $1.00 fee deducted from your final consignor check for not supplying your own self-addressed stamped envelope.  If you forget your envelope and/or stamp, PLEASE DO NOT RETURN LATER IN THE DAY OR WEEKEND WITH YOUR ENVELOPE OR STAMP.   Once your check-in is complete, we will not go back into the system to change record of a stamp or envelope being brought back.   
• Your items will be checked for quality either at check-in or while being placed on the floor by our Crew.  Anything we find to be unacceptable will be pulled at our discretion and marked appropriately with the reason why it was not accepted or pulled from the floor.  
• PLEASE have your clothing items sorted or grouped by size and gender for drop-off.  (ie:  girls 0-3 months, 3-6 months, boys 4T, etc).  Its a great idea to rubberband or zip tie all the hangers together for each specific group.
• If you have at least 20 acceptable items you will receive a pass to the Pre- Sale.  Your pass is good for you and a friend.  Please do not leave drop-off without your pass. 
  

Do you want to shop even earlier than the Consignor's Pre-Sale? 

We have four (4) Pre-Sales on Thursday. The CREW Pre-Sale for those who consign and work 2+ crew shift(s) will be able to shop FIRST.  Next to shop are consignors who work one 4-hour shift.   The CONSIGNORS Pre-Sale for those who consign only will follow. And last, is our New Mom's Pre-Sale.  Those who are not able to volunteer a 4-hour shift may consider one of our many "bartering" opportunities available.  Please see "Crew" tab for details and/or to sign up for a Crew shift.

Important things to remember about picking up your unsold items:

• All unsold items will be sorted by consignor number and ready for pick-up between 7:30 p.m. and 8:00 pm on Saturday, March 10.  
• ALL ITEMS NOT PICKED UP BY 8:00 P.M. WILL BECOME PROPERTY OF THE SALEBOAT, LLC. 
• NO ITEMS WILL BE HELD FOR A LATER PICK-UP.
